Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 days and shipped within 2 to 5 days. Some items can take up to 15 working days to be delivered. Orders are not despatched or shipped on weekends and bank holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments might be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & Delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated at check out.
All items in stock are being delivered within 5 to 15 working days after processing your order. Orders to the Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isle of Scilly, and the Channel Islands might take up to 7 working days from the day of dispatch to be delivered.
Please note, time frames are a best estimate, not a guarantee of delivery.
Please note that deliveries are carried out by third parties and as such 7ftchristmastree.co.uk will not be held liable for any orders arriving outside of the specified time frame.
Shipping method
We use various shipping couriers and a fulfilment company (First Distribution LTD) and will update you on which courier company will deliver your order.
Please note that if your order contains more than one item, you might receive products on different days and/or arriving with a different courier companies.
Shipment to your address
Home Gym Weight ships to home and business addresses within the UK. However, there may be an additional shipping charge for certain parts of Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, the Scottish Isles, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isle of Scilly and the Highlands. If in such instance, 7ftchristmastree.co.uk will contact you to discuss the additional shipping cost.
Despatch confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Despatch Confirmation email containing the order’s tracking number once your order has been despatched. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
You must ensure that you check the items at the time of the delivery, and if your order is damaged or short (missing items or parts), you must note this on the proof of delivery paperwork/tablet the courier will ask you to sign. Alternatively, you have the right to not accept the delivery at all. 7ftchristmastree.co.uk cannot be held responsible for any products being damaged or lost during shipping, if this is not noted upon delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights if the goods are being faulty.
If you receive your order damaged or with shortages, you must contact 7ftchristmastree.co.uk within 48 hours of signing for the delivery.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
